How we choose our cars

Buying a used car is not the same as buying a new car or even like buying a new TV or washing machine. Once you’ve decided you want a Samsung 42″ LCD flat screen TV you can go to Comet and Currys and compare the price from one to the other, you might even have a look online and see if you can get an even better price. But wherever you buy from you know the goods you receive will be the same.

We do the hard work for you

When you decide you want a used MINI Cooper S or Volkswagen Polo it’s not as simple. You might search the internet and find 10 cars for sale. Every single one of those cars will be completely unique from each other making it very difficult to choose a car based on price alone. Each will have it’s own service history, it’s own mileage and each will have been driven and looked after in a different way. Some of those ten cars will be good, others will be very poor and maybe 1 or 2 will be the kind of top quality that we look for.

Whenever you see a car that we offer for sale, we’ve already been through what you have been through. We have lots of dealers and trade sources offering us lots and lots of different used cars every day and it’s up to us to choose only the very best of those cars.

Nothing to hide

1. Lots of high quality pictures to to give you as realistic an impression of the car as possible

2. High quality video of our cars lets you see anything that might not appear in a photo

3. Logbooks, MOT and service history uploaded to our website for you to view before seeing the car. There’s no point in looking at the car if the paperwork isn’t in order.

Backup plan

And just in case there’s something we can’t have seen you get 3 months parts and labour warranty covering all mechanical and electrical parts on the car (for cars up to 8 years old and 80,000 miles).
